Monograms, Motifs, Fonts, Colors: More Choices for your Printed NapkinsHow about a monogram or motif on your printed wedding napkins? The price is the same for white or colored, ink or foil printing, any font, motif or monogrammed. All are luxurious 3-ply Supersoft napkins, which feel velvety-smooth to the touch and stand up to hard use. They are the highest quality we have found, and we offer more options to personalize them than anywhere else. With hundreds of motifs and monograms, 33 napkin colors and 50 imprint colors, you can get your wedding napkins EXACTLY the way you want them. We can print matches too!

Dinner napkins (a bit larger) and guest towels are also available at the same price, but only in white or ecru. Design OptionsSIZE: Beverage napkins are just under 5" by 5" folded, while luncheon napkins are 6-1/2" by 6-1/2" folded. Dinner napkins are 8" by 8" folded, and guest towels are 4-1/4" by 8-1/4" folded; dinner napkins and guest towels in white and ecru only. COLORS: Choose from 33 napkin colors and 54 imprint colors below! Or choose embossing, which raises up the printing instead of laying down ink or foil. Need to match a color? Email us and if we have a sample in the office, we'll mail it to you! LAYOUT: You can put your text and/or design on the diagonal, which is the most traditional way to print wedding napkins, or you can print them with a sideways orientation, which gives a more modern effect. Look at the pictures on our sample page for examples. (Diagonal will read left to right with the point of the napkin down; sideways has the flat part of the napkin down when reading left to right.) FONT: Our most common napkin fonts are below, but you can choose from any of our hundreds of fonts to get exactly the look you want. (Using additional fonts is free, but does add several days to the printing process.) MOTIF OR MONOGRAM: You can choose any of our hundreds of motifs and monograms to use on your napkins, all at no extra charge! Monograms do add an extra 2 days to the turnaround, as a custom die is required. EMBOSSING: For an additional $10 we will emboss your design instead of printing it. This raises the image and text instead of laying down ink, and gives a stylish and understated look to your printed napkins. (There is no ink used in embossing wedding napkins.) CUSTOM ARTWORK: For an additional cost of $10 you can use your own artwork or a custom layout on your napkins. This includes using two motifs and/or monograms, more than 4 lines of copy, or placement of the print other than as described above. Custom artwork must be in black and white and 600 dpi. MATCHES: We can print matches to coordinate with your printed napkins. HOLDERS: We have acrylic holders for your guest towels and beverage napkins, handy for the wedding and entertaining at home later. Napkin ColorsNOTE: Dinner napkins and guest towels are available only in white and ecru. Luncheon and beverage napkins are available in any of these 32 colors. Monitors vary; if you need an exact color match, email us for a sample.
Print ColorsFoil is required on dark colored napkins. View the napkin imprint colors. Foil: Berry*, Black*, Blue, Blush*, Breeze, Claret*, Ecru*, Fuchsia*, Gold, Hunter, Lilac, Mango*, Midnight*, Mocha*, Passion, Pearl, Petal*, Penny (copper), Purple, Rainbow, Red, Rose, Royal, Sage, Silver, Sky*, Teal, White* and Wine. * means non-metallic (less reflective) foil. Ink: Almond (Taupe), Berry, Black, Bordeaux (Wine), Cobalt Blue, Fuschia, Gold, Grey, Hunter, Indigo Blue, Lime, Midnight, Mocha, Olive, Passion (dusky purple), Periwinkle, Plum, Red, Rosewood, Sage, Silver, Sky, Slate, Teal, Thistle (Lavender), and Violet. Wedding Napkin FontsChoose from one of the fonts below, our most popular napkin printing fonts, or choose from our entire selection of fonts for wedding printing. (Additional fonts add 2 days to the turnaround.)
TurnaroundAll standard napkins ship within 5 business days; custom dies, monograms, additional fonts and embossing add 2 days to the turnaround. Normal shipping is via UPS ground from MN; faster shipping is available at checkout.
