Motifs for all occasions--or use your custom artwork!Our custom printed napkins are perfect for all of your parties, business and personal. Custom printed with one of our hundreds of motifs or with your custom artwork, they are all thick 3-ply Supersoft napkins, the highest quality paper napkins on the market. Whether you need birthday napkins, graduation napkins, shower napkins or napkins for a business event, we can print them for you. Printed Napkins PricingWe charge the same for beverage and luncheon size. Embossed napkins or custom artwork costs $10 additional. 50 printed napkins: $28 Napkin Design OptionsSIZE: Beverage napkins are approximately 5" by 5" folded, while "luncheon" napkins are 6-1/2" by 6-1/2" folded. Luncheon napkins are used at the table with meals and for cake. Need the larger dinner napkins or guest towels? Go to our wedding napkins page to order--the pricing is the same! COLORS: Choose from 30 napkin colors and 54 imprint colors below! Or choose embossing, which raises up the printing instead of laying down ink or foil on the custom napkins. LAYOUT: You can put your text and/or design on the diagonal, which is the most traditional way to print napkins, or you can print them with a sideways orientation. See the pictures on our printed napkins sample page for examples of both layouts. FONT: Our most common napkin fonts are below, but you can choose from any of our hundreds of fonts to get the look you want for your printed napkins. (Using additional fonts does add several days to the printing process.) MOTIF or MONOGRAM: Choose from our party motifs, monograms, or for weddings, anniversary napkins or bridal showers, choose from our wedding & anniversaries motif selection. If you want to use custom artwork, add that to your cart (the button is at the bottom of the page) and email us the artwork. EMBOSSING: For an additional $10 we will emboss your design instead of printing it. This raises the printing instead of laying down ink, and gives a stylish and understated look to your printed napkins. No ink is used on embossed napkins. CUSTOM ARTWORK: For an additional cost of only $10, you can use your own artwork on your printed napkins. This covers the cost of making a custom die for your napkins. Artwork must be in black and white and 600 dpi--email it to us. MATCHES: We can print matches to coordinate with your napkins. Printed Napkin ColorsPlease note: monitors vary in how they display colors. If you need an exact color match, email us for a sample napkin.
Imprint ColorsFoil is required on dark and bright colored napkins. CLICK to view the napkin imprint colors. Foil: Berry*, Black*, Blue, Blush*, Breeze, Claret*, Ecru*, Fuchsia*, Gold, Hunter, Lilac, Mango*, Midnight*, Mocha*, Passion, Pearl, Petal*, Penny (copper), Purple, Rainbow, Red, Rose, Royal, Sage, Silver, Sky*, Teal, White* and Wine. * means non-metallic (less reflective) foil. Ink: Almond (Taupe), Berry, Black, Bordeaux (Wine), Cobalt Blue, Fuschia, Gold, Hunter, Indigo Blue, Lime, Midnight, Mocha, Olive, Passion (dusky purple), Periwinkle, Plum, Red, Rosewood, Sage, Silver, Sky, Slate, Teal, Thistle (Lavender), and Violet. TurnaroundAll standard printed napkins ship within 2 business days; custom dies and embossing add 3 days to the turnaround. Normal shipping is via UPS ground from MN; faster shipping is available at checkout. Buy Printed NapkinsChoose your quantity below; for other quantities, add the number of additional sets of 50 you need in addition to the first set of printed napkins. For Online Help: Don't be misled: get the total price before you compare! Antonia Rose Printing does not charge anything extra for set-up, file conversion, basic layout and design help, or even standard colored ink! Most printers charge extra for each of the above items. Our prices include everything but shipping, which starts at $9.50 for the first $75. We are confident that when you compare, you will find we offer better prices and service.
