Carbonless Sales Order Forms

We have carbonless Sales Order Forms in two sizes, custom printed with your business information and logo, or use one of our stock motifs for a custom look for your business forms. These Sales Order Forms come in 2-part or 3-part snap sets.

Carbonless Sales Order Forms Details

• SIZES: The carbonless sales order forms come come in the small 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 and the large 8-1/2 by 11.
• PARTS: These sales order forms are NCR, carbonless forms available in 2 or 3-part snap-sets. They are perforated 3/4 inch from the top.
• FONT: Line 1 will be printed in 12 pt Optima upper case characters; Lines 2-4 will be printed in 10 point Optima upper and lower case characters. There will be a space between lines 3 and 4 as shown on the sales order forms above. All type is black.
• LOGO: You can include a small black and white custom logo or use one of our stock motifs on your sales orders at no charge. The logo goes in the space to the left of the type.
• NUMBERING: Consecutive numbering can be up to 6 digits. If no starting number is specified, we will start with 1001 on the sales order forms. If no numbering is desired, please note that on your order.
• TO ORDER: Use our Business Printing order form. When we get your order, we will prepare an invoice and email it to you for approval. Be sure to include your lines of text and motif choice with your order. You can email us your artwork, if any.
