Fan Wedding Programs Price Group A : $174.96/100

Textured White Wedding Program Fans: This rectangular fan with rounded corners is 5 by 6.5 inches and is printed on bright white textured paper. The sample shown has monogram M-228 at the top of one side and was done in font BIC. This is our most popular style. Remember you can lay these out exactly as you wish; the sample here is one of the most common ways to do it. The ribbon shown is not included but can be ordered separately.

Small Square Wedding Fan Programs - Ecru: Our 6 x 6 fan program has a pearl deckle edge, which is a kind of embossed border. This couple chose motif GRP repeated on both sides of the programs. These were printed in olive ink with font AVA. Ecru is available in this style, in our heart shape (WLPN1011) and in our bordered fans (WJPN8 below). Check out our samples page for a close-up view of this style.

Bright White Large Square Fan Wedding Programs: These 8 x 8 bright programs can hold all of your ceremony and wedding party text. A spare layout was used in the sample, so the words really stand out, but this is our largest format and can hold a lot of information. Remember, you can have as much text as you wish, on both sides of the fan wedding programs. Keep your intended layout and the amount of text you have in mind when selecting your fan wedding program size and style. The sample wedding fan was printed in Passion ink using Motif DPH and lettering style TCS.

Wedding Fan Programs in Sage, Pink or Red: Add a splash of color to your day with this style, available in sage, pink or red stock. These fans measure 4-5/8 wide x 6-1/4 tall. We have scanned samples of these program fans on our samples page to help give you a better view of the colors. Black and brown are the only ink colors that work on the red stock, but the pink and sage program fans look lovely in many ink colors. Now shipping with white handles, not the wooden ones pictured.

Bright White Rectangle Fan Wedding Program: This white rectangle is on smooth paper with sharp corners, compared to WEPN6209, which is textured white paper with rounded corners. This program is 4-5/8 wide x 6-1/4 tall. The sample is printed in claret ink with fonts CLG and DMN and motif KFB. We can print multiple motifs and monograms on any of our fan wedding programs, to get the look you want.

Wedding Program Fans with Colored Border: Here is another way to add color to your fans: this style has a border of mocha, olive, claret or navy on the ecru stock. The narrow border goes all around the edge of the program fans. Choose a matching or complementary ink color from our 31 choices. This fan measures 4-5/8 by 6-1/2. Shell Wedding Fan Programs: These die cut shell shaped fan programs are a fun way to enhance your wedding. Note that the shell detailing is printed in a lighter version of the ink color you choose, and is the same on both sides, despite the appearance in this picture. There is plenty of room for your wedding party and ceremony, or whatever text you choose. These measure 6-1/2 by 6-1/2. The sample is printed in Purple ink with lettering GOT. A scanned sample is on our samples page.

Colored Die-cut Fan Programs: These colorful fans will make a bold statement at your wedding. Available only with flat white imprint, choose your background color from the image here. These have smooth white plastic sticks. Lay them out however you want, using any combination of fonts and monograms and motifs. Or discard the sticks and tied them at the corner with ribbon. (They ship with sticks.) Stock colors are Azure, Petal, Chocolate, Ebony, Grape, Kiwi, Palm and Tangerine, pictured to the left. They measure 7-1/8 by 10-3/4 inches in size and come with a hole punched at the corner for a ribbon. NOTE: these are not printed with thermography, but will an offset press. They are reverse printed, so the color you choose is actually the ink and the lettering is white area that is not printed.

Full Color Wedding Program Fans: Put a photograph of the two of you on your wedding program fans! Unlike the other styles here, these fans are flat printed to allow for the use of photos. Choose up to two imprint colors for your text, monograms and motifs. You must choose one of the two layouts shown here for these 7x7 square fans. The top sample was done with monogram M-235 and motif HET; the bottom sample was done with motif EG32.

NOTE: Scan and email us your photo at 600 dpi so that it prints well, or send it via snail mail. We will need a photo release form too; it will be emailed to you with your invoice or you can print it from here.

Wedding Program Fan Pricing

• Shipping is done by UPS ground from MN, which runs $12-16 for 100-150 unassembled fans, depending on your location. 2-day and overnight shipping are also available if you have a tight timeframe. 2-day shipping for 100-150 unassembled fans runs about $26; overnight shipping is about $75. Prices are higher for larger quantities, as they ship in multiple boxes. (We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your wedding.)
  
• Assembly is also additional and priced below. (Assembly is of the fan programs themselves; we don't put on ribbons, etc.) Otherwise we ship you the front and back cards, plastic sticks, and adhesive strips so you can assemble them. They come with assembly instructions you can view here.

Sample Fan Wedding Programs

Check out our printed examples, which includes most styles of wedding program fans we sell. This page shows many fan programs we have printed for happy customers. Looking through them is a good way to get ideas for laying out your fans, check out fonts and monograms, and check the colors of the different wedding fan program styles.

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Print or copy to Word or your email program our Wedding Program Fans Order form. Or download our PDF brochure which includes an order form. (You will also need our Authorization to Reproduce form if you are using a photograph on your fans.) Ordering napkins too? You can do use our Printed Napkins Order form and send it along with your fan order; we will add them to your fans invoice.

2) Choose your fonts. NOTE THE CODE(S). We recommend a simple block font for the list areas of your program.

3) Choose a monogram and/or motifs, if desired. NOTE THE CODE(S). We can print your custom artwork on the wedding program fans for an additional fee of $25; it must be black and white and at least 300 dpi; it will print in the ink color you have chosen.

4) Choose your ink color. We have 38 colors to choose from for your programs. Light colors do not work well over the colored stripes or on the textured paper. NOTE THE COLOR. For full color programs, you can choose up to two imprint colors for the text.

5) Write up your copy. Most people put their names, date and location and then the ceremony order on one side and the wedding party and family names on the other, with a closing remark at the end. Check out our samples page and our wedding program tips page if you need help or ideas. with laying out your programs.

Type your copy and indicate what you want to go where. You don't have to format it--just tell us where the blocks of text and motifs should go, relative sizing, where to use which font, and how you want text aligned. We will typeset the text and make it fit the wedding fan programs. Please keep in mind that your text will take up about as much space on the fans as it does on your document, and we can't go below about 9 pt type size and have it be legible.

6) Check out our accessories: bows, sheer ribbons, inspirational wedding ribbons, blank or personalized satin ribbons and charms to see if you want to add them to your wedding fan programs.

7) Decide if you want to assemble these or have us do it; these ship with assembly instructions, which you can view here. Wedding fan program assembly is simple to do but somewhat tedious. For ribbon, most brides use a 15" length to tie a ribbon around the handle, but 12" also works.

8) Send your order by email or fax (1-443-639-2358). You can call in your credit card information, if you prefer (1-609-589-3903), or use the buttons at the bottom of this page to transmit it through our secure shopping cart.

9) We will email you an invoice showing your actual total before your card is charged.

10) Then you will get a proof by email, in pdf format. One proof is free with your order; if you require more than that, you will be charged $10 each for them. (That is our cost for each proof from the press.)

11) Production time is 3-5 business days for a proof and then another 5-7 for production, plus UPS ground shipping time from MN. If we will assemble your program fans, that adds two more days. HOWEVER: the press occasionally runs out of stock or handles for a day or two. PLEASE tell us your deadline when you order so we can let you know if we can get your fan wedding programs to you in time. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your deadline.
