The large quantity custom Post-its are more economical if you need at least 500 pads.  There are also more paper and ink options and sizes available.  We print only 3M brand custom Post-it® notes.

How to Order

1. Estimate the quantity you want. The price breaks are at 500, 1000, 2500, and 5000 pads.
   
2. Determine the size of custom Post-it pad you want. Pricing for the most common sizes are at the bottom of this page. We have additional sizes not listed and can also custom cut pads for you; contact us for a quote.
   
3. Decide how many colors you need. Two colors are more expensive, as are metallic and fluorescent inks. Regular PMS ink colors are available AT NO CHARGE for quantities over 500 pads. Full-color printing is also available; email us for a quote.
   
4. We need your graphic in the highest resolution you have, 600 dpi if possible. We prefer .tif formats, but will take .pdf, .jpeg or others. Emailing is the easiest way to get your custom Post-it graphic to us, but other methods can be arranged if necessary. We will convert formats if necessary and possible--we can handle most formats your custom Post-its artwork might be in.
   
5. Give us the order details with our Fax Order Form: Post-it Notes--you can email or fax it to us.
   
6. Then we can submit the order to press and get your custom Post-it pads or cubes printed up for you. They will ship in 11-15 business days, depending on the quantity ordered.
