Custom Printed Binders

We can foil stamp or silksceen your custom art on vinyl or suedene 3-ring binders in two sizes. We have many other binder styles available, including easel styles. Email us for pricing on specialty styles and sizes.

How to Order Custom Binders

1. Select your binder size, small (for 8-1/2 by 5-1/2 pages) or large (for 11 by 8-1/2 pages).
2. Choose your binder capacity from the chart below. Chrome, spine-mounted round rings with boosters are standard on all binders. Chrome D-rings are available at additional cost on the large binders; email us for a quote. Email us as well if you need help determining which binder size to order.
3. Choose your cover material and color. We have basic calf-style vinyl and suedene vinyl which is textured like suede, in a variety of colors.
4. Choose your printing process. Silk screening costs less than foil stamping. Ink colors are on the color choices page. Special silk screen inks are available for an additional $45.85. Silk screen pricing below includes printing on the cover, spine and back of the binder. Foil stamping costs an additional $35 for the die no matter the quantity, in addition to the price calculation below. Foil stamping includes printing on the cover only up to 20 square inches. Foil stamping on the spine is additional; email us for a quote.
5. Determine your price from the charts below. First get the price for the blank binders you need, then add the price for the decoration you want. Don't forget to add the $35 die charge for foil stamping. Inside pockets are additional as well, see the chart below.
6. Prepare your camera-ready artwork or the text you want us to typeset. If we will be typesetting, choose your font. Your artwork must be in black and white at 600 dpi. Just ask if you need a template for preparing your artwork.
7. TO ORDER: Use our Business Printing order form; print and fax it or copy it to your email program and send it to us. When we get your order, we will prepare an invoice and email it to you for approval. You can email us your artwork.
