"Thanks so much for getting the napkins to us on time. I had almost given up on finding the color I wanted for the cocktail part of the reception, so I ordered them at the last minute when I found what I wanted on your website.  Most party napkin companies have not moved on to the more modern colors being used today. I was looking for lime or apple green and every printer is stuck back in sage-land.   I e-mailed you when I placed the order and said that if you can't get them here in a week, then cancel my order.  You responded right away and said they'd be here.  It was so wonderful to just finally hear something positive from someone in the midst of all the chaos and last minute problems.  The napkins were exactly what I wanted and they looked great.   Bright and whimsical.
